Optimum Systems for Quality is the trading name of Allen Leaver who has been helping clients achieve ISO 9000 since 1992. In this time he has directly guided over 50 clients to ISO 9000 and has assisted fellow consultants with approximately 40 others. All of these are with accredited assessment authorities including BSI, SGS Yarsley, NQA, ISOQAR, etc. Several of these clients where in areas of business new to the consultancy and eight include CE Marking under the Medical Devices Directive

Whilst working with clients their current operating systems are respected and build on to develop the optimum system for that client at that point in time. This ensures that the client has an efficient system with the minimum of change and disruption, and which meets the requirements of the standard. Working closely with the client and always seeking to reduce the quality system paperwork to the minimum required to control quality helps the client achieve the standard in the shortest time and the minimum of fuss.
